Darryl has been apart of the Credit Union system for over 17 years in a variety of roles that has provided him the understanding of how the various departments within the Credit Union work together to assist members.
Darryl is a strong believer in the Credit Union system and its commitment to enriching the lives of its members, employees and communities. His focus has always been on how to provide best member experience through personal, process and systems improvements.
As Director of Member Experience and Transformation, Darryl will help drive a culture of continuous improvement to provide an exceptional member experience through all SCCU’s business lines.
