Our brand new interface offers you an even better banking experience. 

In response to member feedback, SCCU is excited to launch a new digital banking experience for all personal and business members on August 10. The refreshed experience has the features members told us they loved about online banking and the SCCU app, with a new user interface bringing an improved look and feel, better navigation, and performance improvements. 

How to get the refreshed online banking experience

You will automatically transition on August.10 when you log in using your desktop or laptop. Your current login and password information will remain unchanged. 

How to get the refreshed app

If you already have the SCCU Mobile App installed, you will be prompted to update your app after August 10. The app is available on Google Play and the App Store. Search for “Sunshine Coast Credit Union”. 

What’s not changing

Your login credentials are not changing. You can continue to log in using your existing member number and password. Please note that if your password is saved, you may need to re-enter it before logging in. 

Changes to be aware of as you do your banking


Here are key changes you’ll notice when you login to do your banking:

  • With the app, if you would like to use biometric login (using your face or fingerprint to open the app instead of typing information), you will need to select "Remember me" before you login. This will then give you the option to edit your "Face/Touch ID" options in the settings menu. 
  • This applies to Quickview as well. If you would like to use Quickview and see the balance of up to three accounts without logging in, you will need to select "Remember me" before you login.
  • If you have saved your personal access code, you will need to re-save it in the refreshed experience.
